Glyfada Beach Corfu

However, on a hot sunny day in August the sand will be extremely hot, if you don’t have sandals you will be running to the sea! The shoreline gently slopes into the sea, ensuring that the waters remain relatively calm and safe for swimming. You can walk about 100 meters and the water is still at your waist. The clear, azure waters are inviting and refreshing, ideal for taking a dip on a warm day.

Glyfada Beach caters to the needs of its visitors by offering various amenities. There are sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent, allowing you to comfortably soak up the sun. Pazuzu, a fairly new beach bar provides extremely upper class sunbeds, and drinks, with the price being equivalent to the quality.

These establishments offer a laid-back atmosphere and stunning views of the sea, allowing you to relax and unwind while savoring the local flavors.

The Turquoise color trail is from Mirtiotissa to Glyfada, it is a short path, about 20 minutes long.
