Village Life Studio is a 60 square meter studio. It is located in the village of Marmaro, Corfu. Marmaro is a very small village from the 15th century with about 100 inhabitants. If you are looking for a village experience this is a quiet village where you can enjoy a coffee in the square with some of the locals. The owners of the house are also very hospitable. They always have a garden in back and always will welcome you with fresh fruits/vegetables from it.

The style of the house is a particular one. It was designed by the son who lives there in the winter. He is really into music particularlly reggae. The owners will always be there if you need anything!

Cleaning Service: We will not come in the studio during your stay unless you ask us. There are extra sheets and towels in the cabinets near the bed. There are garbage bins on the streets. Feel free to ask us for anything.

Liapades Beach– 6.5km

Main beach of Liapdes. Boat rentals. Snack Bars. Sunbeds. Free street parking but difficult to find and on hill. Mix of sand and rocks.

Glyko Beach– 6km

Wild beach. Very small path to get to. Small rocks. Very small beach.

Wild beach. 4 KM from where you can park car. Very steep. rocky roads. Nice hike. Bring water.

Agios Spiridon Beach-11km

One of most famous beaches in Corfu. Very busy. Paid parking. Free street parking 10 minute walk away. Sunbeds, shops, beach bar, restaurants, boat trips. Many things close by.

Agios Petros Beach– 11.5km

Right next to Agios Spiridon Beach. Same things apply. Sunset is visible from this beach parts of the year.

Ampelaki Beach-12km

Next to Ampelaki Beach. Access through path through parking. Sunbeds and boat rental. Sand and rocks.

Alipa Beach-12km

Located at Alipa Port. Restaurants close by. Boat rentals and boat trips. Sandy beach. Not too busy

Agia Triada Beach-9km

Mix of sand and pebbles. 2 beach bars. Water sports. Boat rentals. Sunbeds.

Verderosa Beach-9.5km

Small Wild Beach. Pebbles. Stairway down.

Hiking

The Monk Olive Oil is Bio Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is the best Olive oil you can find. He is located in Marmaro, Corfu. A very old, non-touristic, traditional village. He offers free tasting. So make sure you check him out.

Corfu Donkey Rescue

The Corfu Donkey Rescue is a rescue center for donkey’s in Doukades Corfu. It is free to enter and a wonderful place to visit, feed, and pet the donkeys. They are in need of donations and hands, if you’d like to help out.
